Installation and commissioning partner for Chinese OEM equipment manufacturers
Local skilled manpower, mechanical and electrical installation, commissioning, fabrication support, and coordination of Indonesian site requirements.

Your equipment, supported on Indonesian soil
Fajar Baru supports overseas equipment manufacturers that need a dependable local team after machines arrive in Indonesia. Scope is agreed around drawings, site interfaces, manpower, testing, and the OEM engineer's responsibilities.
- Local skilled mechanical and electrical manpower
- Installation support and site coordination
- Commissioning, trial, and punch-list closeout support
- Local fabrication and modification when agreed
Pre-arrival review
Equipment list, drawings, method, schedule, manpower plan, site readiness, and local constraints.
Mechanical and electrical installation
Local execution against agreed drawings, method statements, safety rules, and interface boundaries.
Commissioning support
Trial preparation, OEM engineer support, issue logging, corrective work, and punch-list coordination.
Local coordination
Practical coordination with the Indonesian client, site management, vendors, and regulatory processes. Final approvals remain with the competent authorities.
Drawings and technical decisions
Identify who issues the approved installation drawings, confirms revisions, and approves deviations. Name the OEM technical contact and agree how site questions will be resolved while installation is in progress.
Site readiness and utilities
Confirm who provides the work area, foundations or supports where required, electrical supply, compressed air, and other equipment-specific utilities. Set a readiness check before the relevant work starts.
Equipment handling and local scope
Assign unloading, internal transport, lifting resources, local fabrication, tools, consumables, and installation labour. List exclusions as clearly as included work so that equipment arrival does not leave an unassigned task.
Testing and acceptance
Agree who provides test materials, operators, OEM supervision, test procedures, and acceptance decisions. Define which checks can be completed before shipment and which require the installed equipment and site interfaces.
Changes and closeout
Set an approval route for scope changes and a shared issue list with an owner for each item. Agree the required records, drawing updates, and outstanding-item handover before demobilization.
Trades and supervision
Separate mechanical, electrical, control, and coordination tasks. Confirm the required skills, supervision arrangement, language of technical instructions, and availability of OEM specialists.
Access and working windows
State the site location, planned shifts, access restrictions, and any shutdown window. Identify other contractors or production activities that must be coordinated with the installation sequence.
Dependencies and handover
List equipment arrival dates, drawing release dates, utility readiness, and testing prerequisites. Specify what counts as completion for each agreed work package so that installation, testing, and handover have clear boundaries.
Start with non-confidential information
An initial discussion can use the equipment category, approximate scope, site location, and target dates. Do not include confidential drawings, customer process details, or credentials in the public inquiry form.
Can you install equipment shipped from China?
Yes, when the equipment, drawings, work method, site condition, schedule, safety requirements, and division of responsibility have been reviewed and agreed.
Can you supply only local skilled manpower?
Yes. The scope can be manpower-only or include local supervision, tools, fabrication, installation, testing, and coordination, depending on the project.
What information is required first?
Equipment list, drawings, Indonesian site location, planned arrival and installation dates, required trades, shift plan, lifting and access constraints, utilities, and expected commissioning support.
Do you guarantee Indonesian permits?
No. Fajar Baru can coordinate local requirements and support documentation within the agreed scope, but permits and statutory approvals are issued by the relevant authorities.
